All orders are tracked by computer during the printing process. Each job is tracked showing its exact location, status and all pertinent information. A complete history of all jobs is available for customer service and sales. Tracking computers are located throughout the plant and are networked to a central file server. An e-mail server is available for interoffice and internet communication, offering increased communication internally among employees and externally with customers and vendors.

Customer Service and Sales - 9 Employees

Inside and outside sales personnel serve our customers in the southeastern United States, as well as many other states, including Alaska and Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Graphic Designers - 6 Employees

This department features the latest electronic pre-press hardware and software. Ten high-end graphics workstations, supported by a powerful NT server, feature the latest software. Both Macintosh and Windows platforms are supported. Imaging and output capabilities include b/w and color lasers, color inkjet output up to 36", high quality digital color proofs, and film output up to 40 inches.

Camera, Scanning and Digital Photography - 5 Employees

Scanning and digital capture is achieved by a high-end large format 4" x 5" camera with a Better Light digital scan back.

Shipping and Receiving - 2 Employees

All jobs are computer labeled for product identification and shipping after they have been shrink wrapped and boxed. Volume jobs are delivered within a 100 mile radius by our truck. Daily UPS and FedEx on-line are available for shipping and receiving. Freight lines are available upon request. We also have two hydraulic fork-lifts in operation.
